OUTDURE will only accept the return if the product is in its original packaging, unopened and in re-sellable condition, providing it is NOT a deleted line. However the following conditions apply and acceptance of any returns is at the sole discretion of OUTDURE. 

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all goods returned except for pallets. Please see belwo for details on pallet returns.  

Please download your Credit request form here, complete and affix to the goods being returned.

PALLET RETURNS

Their is a flat $25 pallet restocking fee. The balance of your credit will be credited ot your account.   

UN-AUTHORISED RETURNS

If unauthorized products are returned to OUTDURE store, the stock will be returned to the sender freight forward.  

CONSIGNMENT NOTES / MANIFESTS

Please keep a copy of all the documentation you sign for the acceptance/rejection of our freight, as this may be required for goods return claims and credit requests.
