Outdure includes a freight service to delivery product to your site in an effort to make your job easier. However, because we deliver nationally we rely on third party transport companies to provide this service and sometimes situations occur outside of our control. 

If you leave a pallet on a truck and you don't notify us. Please do not expect a refund. You must notify Outdure if a pallet has been left on the truck so we can track it.  

Pallet credits can only be paid once the pallet has been returned to our warehouse in a usable condition.  Therefore, unfortunately it is often un-economic to return a pallet to our dispatch warehouse.

It may take up to 1 month for the freight company to return the pallets from their depot to our dispatch warehouse.

If you have an account, the credit will go against your account and will be credited towards your next order. 

Any returned pallets will be credited at Outdure's discretion based on their condition for re-use.

ALL CREDITS TO ACCOUNTS are actioned weekly.

ALL CREDITS DUE FOR PAYMENT are paid on the 20th or the last business day of the month

ALL PALLET RETURNS INCUR A $25 RESTOCKING FEE.
