THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT QWICKCLIP®:
> All OUTDURE ECO-DECKING board profiles require 13 clips per board assuming 400mm centered joists.
> All QWICKCLIPS determine a gap of between 4.5-5mm between decking boards.
> All QWICKCLIP®s are sold in boxes of 50x with the specific screw you need for your decking application and substructure, be it QWICKBUILD® or timber or steel, we will ensure you get the correct QWICKCLIP® and screw combination.
1) QWICKCLIP® > PLASTIC
Our plastic hidden clip determines a 5mm gap between the boards.
Plastic clips can be used in most situations or environments. However if you are going install your deck in a more heavy duty or commercial environment, you must use our stainless steel clip.
For decks under 400mm from ground level its best practise to provide sufficient ventilation for your deck substructure and your decking boards. Learn more about how to design your deck with ventilation in our "how to" section.

2) STAINLESS STEEL 304 CONCEALED CLIP SYSTEM
Our stainless steel clip determines a 4.5mm gap between the boards (+/- 0.5mm)
Stainless Steel clips can be used in most situations or environments. However if deck is in teh sea spray zone, we suggest you use the plastic clip and a Stainless Steel 316 screw. For marinas or commercial projects, we supply SS316 clips and 316 screws, but for residential applications, SS316 clips can break the budget.

3) Locating clip for solid fixing in the middle of each board if required for expansion & contraction.
