I'm responsible for ensuring all customers get the right (and best) level of contact and customer care. I also qualify inbound sales calls, make outbound sales calls to interested parties, talk to builders, architects, councils and home owners. I initiate, develop & manage the relationships with Associations relevant to the business ie, Master Builders, Certified Builders, LIANZ and Membrane Association. I also arrange and co-ordinate training with the merchants we deal with. I follow up and co-ordinate testimonials from satisfied and not so satisfied customers (there have only been about 3 to date!). I also throw ideas around on what processses we could put in place to streamline the business here. Those meetings are always alot of fun cos I am pretty bossy and forthright!! I sometimes even make sure there is milk and a cold beer in the fridge.
I'm passionate about our customers and their experience with ECO-DECKING. Nothing is more rewarding than getting to know what our clients are doing, what they want to acheive, why the want to achieve it and then finding the best solution for them.
When I'm not working you can find me in no particular order, walking my dog, hanging out at our beachhouse, jumping round the gym or sitting in bars drinking good fizz.

My favourite deck would be this one belonging to a client of ours in Beachlands. Using double breaker boards picture framing the deck very nicely. I picked this deck because it is a very different deck from the somewhat ordinary deck the client initially had in mind. It really is a perfect example of the client exceeding their own expectations. Plus, I think it looks like the perfect place to drink some good fizz!
