I'm responsible for strategic direction of the company and making sure it all happens. I ensure OUTDURE is running smooth, and that we continue to exceed customers expectations with our decking solutions and service. We have a great team of people involved with OUTDURE and they need the best support to make things happen.

I'm passionate about about my wife and kids, family and our great friends, quality coffee, red wine, towin' surfing, the beach, music, technology and all the other great things life offers.

Professionally I'm 100% passionate about OUTDURE being the best at what we do, worldwide, offering quality innovative ECO-DECKING solutions.  I'm very passionate about developing products and bringing them to market and seeing the impact it has on people and how it makes their life easier, whether they are a homeowner, architect, builder or reseller. Nothing is more rewarding than knowing our team is making a lot of people very happy.

When Im not working you can find me doing a variety of things. How many toys can one have? I've set myself a toy budget, so the motocross bike has been swapped for a Jetski. You'll find me out boating, wakeskating, towing mates or getting towed into surf by Jetskis. Taking my daughter swimming or bike riding (this is the latest and greatest phase of hers), clip n' climbing,  wrestling my son, helping them experience all the great things life has to offer. Sitting in the sun drinking coffee or a good red with my wonderful wife.  

I enjoy being part of OUTDURE because we have such a great team of people driving the company forward with passion and enthusiasm to get the best result for our customers. I'm proud of what we've done and our progress on the objectives we have. We have so many extremely talented people in the organisation who as a team achieve great things that we are all very proud of. Our network of installers are a true testament of how we can add real value to our end clients while creating a win win situation for the installers.

My favourite deck would have to be my own house. The pool, the conversation pit, the view, the parties.
