Our surface ranges include recycled composite decking, such as ResortDeck and TimberTechPro Reserve, which have the hardwearing characteristics of capped composite technology but looks like a freshly oiled timber deck. Outdure’s range of porcelain exterior tiles are structural and come in a selection of contemporary ed on Outdure’s patented QwickBuild structural aluminium framing and support system.

Ideal for just about any outdoor setting, QwickBuild is great for both new and renovation projects including courtyards, pool decks, balconies, patios, alfresco areas, and rooftop decks (as seen on the last season of The Block).

How does it work?
The QwickBuild system works by laying down the lightweight Global GreenTag certified aluminium framing, made up of a family of joists-bearer profiles to suit all deck heights. The profiles are connected with QwickBuild components designed for durability and easy install. The framework can be used directly on the ground, concrete, or a waterproof membrane.

The chosen surface material/s are easily laid on top of the structure and fastened in place through a variety of clever but simple methods depending on the material. For example, composite decking is fastened using the hidden QwickClips in the grooved board edge (so you will not see any nails), tiles are laid with no grout required and hardwood decking boards are top fixed (using the flat edge of the joist).

QwickBuild is great as it has many benefits; it is aluminium, so it doesn’t rot away like a normal timber deck when moisture gets it and it is termite-proof. So, you can guarantee your outdoor deck will look perfectly straight for years to come. The low height profiles allow you to create a level indoor-outdoor flow which can be tricky when there is limited height.

We help make it easy, our team is here to review your project requirements and provide custom board and/or tile layouts with optimum frame options to suit your project. Our team will then provide quantification, pricing, installation drawings and technical support.
Once your materials arrive on-site, the installation process is straightforward and only requires basic trade tools such as a saw and a drill, making it very DIY friendly.

All our decking boards are made from recycled composite. CasaDeck is our original board range with a matte finish and excellent non-slip rating, the beautiful ResortDeck looks like a freshly oiled timber hardwood with all the benefits of hardwearing composite, and like our TimberTech range it is fully capped for moisture-resistance. The TimberTech PRO Reserve range, with its low gloss wood grain finish and solid profile, has an industry-leading 30-year warranty.

Outdure’s structural exterior tiles are porcelain vitrified, the Mineral series is perfect for a modern, minimal design, and the Stone Inspire range has a classic marble finish.

One of the benefits of using QwickBuild and our surface ranges is that it can be integrated to create your own unique look.

As Anthony Gronow of Build Gronow says: “The big advantage is the ability to use different surfaces and to chop and change between the two.“

You can easily transition from a tiled terrace area to a timber or composite deck on the same aluminium frame, and you can even use the system’s versatility to create on-trend curves or angles to separate spaces visibly while still connecting them physically.

El’ise and Matt did just that at The Oslo in 2019 with a curved tile section running to ResortDeck for their winning rooftop space. For this season, the contestants showcased the versatility of Outdure products. The system also made it easy to achieve a flush-finish between not just the different surface materials but the interior flooring – adding real value to the homes. This season was a great example of this with Daniel and Jade’s side deck which mixes tiles and ResortDeck to define the seating zone. Last year Deb and Andy even used Turf on QwickBuild with the aluminium turf baseboards as support on the framework.
