As part of Ryman’s new development, the 198m2 communal rooftop area required an ultra-low height solution to accommodate the multi-surface design by Ryman’s in house architect. An additional three rooftop balconies (total 240m2) were installed using QwickBuild which allowed for safe transitions between surfaces and met strict compliance regulations for Aged Care facilities.
Project challenges: A longterm durable solution that had low height and multi-surface integration capabilities were required. Technical compliance for aged care facilities was also necessary.
The solution: The purpose-built space uses QwickBuild as the stable structure to support Outdure’s splinter-free, nail-free, decking boards, and turf with independently sourced tiles.
