OREWA | Grand Apartments

A full refurb was needed after the buildings cladding system and waterproofing membrane failed making room for 600sqm of QwickBuild™ aluminium framing system to be installed. The extremely tight deadline meant that all material was supplied loose with our in-depth constructions drawings to help with the more technical curved areas.

The first stage of the project was to completely cover the new membrane communal area, incorporating our ResortDeck™ 4th generation composite decking board, Mist Mineral structural tile, and UltraPlush artificial turf. The second stage of the project was to tackle the curved balconies with our semi-prefabricated decking frames providing a strong low-height decking frame for the ResortDeck™ 4th generation composite decking board.
