Retail precinct
The repurposing of a university building and its courtyard to provide an open and collaborative learning environment for students. The refit included a casual outdoor eating and leisure area.
Project challenges:
Ensuring the desired layout could be achieved with no major alteration to the existing multi-level substrate.
The solution:
QwickBuild was specified for its capability for a low finished height from the substrate and a flush finish with the interior floor. Its ability to integrate multiple surface finishes was also a plus.
